Designations: SHIFT ENGINEER

Experience:7-10 years of experience, with at least 6 years as an independent Shift Engineer, preferably in a Combined Cycle Power Plant

Qualification: Minimum BE/BSC Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) Reg. with PEC

Responsibilities

Shift Engineer, while performing duties in assigned shift shall be fully responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant within the technical limits as outlined in PPA, GSA and in operating procedures following the best practices of the power industry. To ensure proper logging and recording of all events and parameters. Preparing shift report, Daily Operation, performance reports and all other reports assigned by Operations Manager. To ensure full QHSE compliance during his shift. Strictly adheres to all safety rules; lockout/tag out, work permit guidelines, confined space entry and similar policies put in place to protect the employee's health and safety.
