We are looking for an Operations Engineer
NRL seeking a highly skilled motivated. Operations Engineer to oversee and manage refinery operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment. The Operations Engineer will ensure smooth operations, compliance with safety standards, and optimal production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control refinery processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Lead and supervise shift personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during the shift Identity and resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including production data, equipment performance, and incident
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Engineering B.E-Chemical
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in refinery operations, process industry or a similar role Strong understanding of refinery processes, equipment, and control systems. Relevant certifications in safety, process control, or refinery operations are a plus.
