REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum COPA: 3.0
- No experience required-just bring your ambition & curiosity for learning!
- Team players with great communication skills
TRAINING AND EVALUATION
- Structured training program spanning up to 6 months
- Performance reviews conducted every 2 months to track progress
- Competitive stipend of PHR 35,000 during the training period
- Strong performers will be considered for permanent employment
