Manager Retail Audit
Job Description and Requirements:
- Develop and oversee the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives as per direction of Head of Internal Audit Preparation of documents as per direction of Head of Internal Audit
- Lead the execution of the approved audit plan, managing risk assessments and control evaluation
- Supervise and mentor the internal audit staff, providing guidance and resources to achieve audit objectives
- Lead and supervise the retail audits team and continuously improve the retail audits
- Lead special audits and assignments as directed by the Head of Internal Audit, CEO or BAC, including fraud investigation and operational reviews
- Assist HOD in the Preparation of the BAC and BOD meetings Continuously improve internal audit methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effusiveness
- Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant Big 4 audit firm articles experience is required
- Minimum 2 years of post-article ship experience required
