Position: Piping MEP Engineer

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Location: Karachi

Experience: Minimum 05 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of Piping layouts & Section layouts for High rise buildings, plant buildings & Pump Stations
  • Development of Firefighting layouts
  • Development of HVAC Ducting layouts
  • BOQ & MTO Extraction
  • Coordination with CAD designers.
  • Prepare Piping calculations as required to justify piping materials
  • Correspondence with clients
  • Provide support to site engineers on work-related matters
  • Cost Estimation
  • Data and As-built collection from the Project site
  • 3D model review with Client
  • QA/QC review for all drawings and review of vendor drawings as well
  • Prepare proposal submittal

Skills

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat etc.)
  • Software Skills (AutoCAD Plant 3D, CAD works, Navisworks, Caesar II, Revit, etc.)
  • Sufficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English
